How do I get games to run with good graphics and fast on my HP dv6-2088dx?

I just bought Need for speed undercover, among other PC games, and the graphics look like crap. I changed the settings in the game so they would be high and now the game is so slow I can't play it? Any suggestions? Does anyone else have this problem? I thought it had good graphics? Any upgrades available?

Shimmy 		The only upgrades you can make in a lap top or the ram memory modules and the size of the hard drive. The graphics/video card is a chip set made into the mother board and not upgradable. Always compare the games minimum/maximum spec's to those of the lap top before buying or installing. Buying a gaming lap top is best way to fix the problem. Look here:

George 		Your dv6 will not be able to run that game in high settings. You will have to play the game in low(crap!!!) settings.
