dKramer 		well my mum and dad gives me and my 5 sisters $50 to spend on each person but it gets really expensive but we have fun and get heaps of presents.... BTW my parents are rich

jedger44 		It varies year by year, but generally I stick to somewhere between $30 and $50 per person. It just depends on what I'm getting them. But my family is small - boyfriend, mom and dad. I don't have siblings, and my boyfriend's family all lives out of state, so I don't see them as often (and don't spend as much on them as a result - I usually hover around $20-$25 for each of them).
