Is Carver Center for Arts and Technology a vocational school?

Is Carver Center for Arts and Technology in Towson, Maryland a vocational school? Will it help me to go there? I want experience in Film so I can get into one of the best schools for Film Studies. If it is a vocational, is it really harder to go to college after?
