Is there anytime of free voice changing technology?

I need some type of free technology that will allow me to sing but at the same time change my voice to make it sound good, and up-to-par. Also technology must be FREE.

roxychad 		It's not free, but there's some awesome Japanese programs called Vocaloids. Go listen to some of their songs on youtube :3
