For educational requirements generally government pays. Local govt. has several tax options to reveal. In some states you will find that govt. allow taxes at local level. So, many communities turn into property tax as it is the only option available. Equitability of tax depends upon the person who is taxed. While in other hand owner of the property give the property tax in direct way. In some of the states “sin” tax is assigned on the lottery amount. This type of sign tax is same as the taxes which are allocated on cigarettes or alcohol. So, there are no restriction in buying them any one can buy lottery any time. Earmark lottery in some states goes for education.
