What are some good restaurants in Orange County, California?

I just noticed i haven't been to real (waiter, order from menu, non-fast food) restaurant and i would like to know some names of restaurants that would be great to visit in Orange County.No links please i will discard them from consideration.

dKramer 		z tejas in south coast plaza..great food and great service. prices range from 10 to 20 dollars..great appetizers as well on happy hour.. tostada bites, miso salmon, new york steak, chopped salad and achiote chicken Mac n cheese are my top favorite plates. There servers give great service. You'll have a wonderful experience.

Haus of pizza in Costa Mesa..the best pizza I've ever had..they serve you huge slices....there pizzas are great. They have great service as well. The waiters are very polite and very kind...

SamGold 		For the best Mexican food, go to Las Brisas in Laguna Beach. For steak, go to Oysters in Corona Del Mar or Flemings at Fashion Island. For Mediterranean, go to Biblos in the Orange Circle. For Sushi, try I Love Sushi in Costa Mesa (Silly name, great sushi). For Italian, try Carvelos in Huntington Beach. And for Cuba, go to Habanas in Costa Mesa.

dKramer 		For good sushi, I suggest Taiko in Irvine.

Be prepared to wait though.
