Charlotte 		There are many different answers on the web that tell you to eat right, wash every day or don't wash every day, live stress free, don't blow dry often, don't go to sleep with wet hair, don't go on crash diets, wash after getting out of the pool, don't use too many products, get good sleep, take vitamins etc. There is no one solid answer for that question but I found something interesting on youtube, go check it out. I would like to know if anyone has really tried that and if it has actually worked. The woman claims that her remedy works after a month of use you will see results. It just might work.
