What underwear to men wear to the gym?

Just wondering what other lads out there wear to the gym? I normally wear sports briefs but to be honest find a jockstrap more comfortable.

Alexis 		My boyfriend wears low rise, pouch front briefs. Found in better department stores, not the Hanes or FTL white walmart ones. Good quality briefs, like Tommy Hilfiger or CK have a nice roomy pouch front, for adequate room for adult male gear, without being restrictive. No fly, of course, since a fly is essentially worthless for most guys. Low rise briefs are very comfortable, don't bind your legs or feel wadded up or hot like boxers or boxer briefs.
